§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules for using the website available at www.winmat.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).

The owner and administrator of the Website is WINMAT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at   43-300 Bielsko-Biała, ul. Żywiecka 118, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS: […], NIP: 9372767168, REGON: 540378298, (hereinafter: the “Administrator”).

The Website is informational and promotional in nature, relating to the Administrator’s business activity, in particular the offering of aluminum joinery products and services.

By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Website, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, layout, and other visual elements and content, constitute works within the meaning of the Polish Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights and are legally protected.

Copying, modifying, publicly sharing, distributing, or using any materials from the Website in any form without prior written consent of the Administrator is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.

§3. Liability

The Administrator takes due care to ensure that the content on the Website is current, complete, and accurate, but shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences resulting from the User’s use of such information.

The information presented on the Website does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and is provided for informational purposes only.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Website’s content, including modifying or removing certain elements, without prior notice to Users.

The Administrator shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by technical reasons or events beyond its control.
